1) Full automatic raw material feeding -metering-mixing system. Scientific ratio and accurate weight measurement promise the stable formula; using unique double shaft mixer, ensuring mixing evenly and no blocking.
2) We use international famous brands only: electric control cabinet are German Rittal brand; frequency transformer and PLC are SIEMENS brand; low-voltage electrical apparatus are Schneider brand;
3) Adopting CNC cutting machine, so as to cutting edges precisely.
4)Unique curing process:first curing room(28-38℃, not higher than 40℃) and second curing room(35-45℃, not higher than 50℃), promising the complete chemical reaction of MGO and MgCl2, so as to ensure stable performance of finished products.
5)Can produce both common MGO board and sanding MGO board. We are the only factory mastering the technology of qualified sanding MGO board and its machine.
6) After installation and commissioning, we will provide MGO board formula suitable with client’s demand, ensuring clients can produce qualified MGO board. Additional, we will help local experienced engineer for one year to master the production process.
Name: Automatic feeding mold system
Putting mold on conveying table automatically for stand-by, no need of manual work, and increase mold service life. Foaming machine includes all configuration of automatic feeding slurry, automatic laying cloth, automatic flatting and forming at one time.

We will design loading qty many times, so as to save your sea freight.

2. Then pack small parts in plywood box.
3. Marked with required label or shipping mark.
4. Use steel wire rope to fix in the container, so as to avoid damage because of moving.
