1, Screw φ 65 single screw extruder

1. Purpose

This host machine is mainly used to extrude and plasticize the polypropylene fiber chips to reach the material state suitable for melt blowing. The screw form is suitable for PP granule material extrusion MFI:1000-1500

3. Equipment composition and technical description

It is mainly composed of screw (pin mixing head form), screw barrel, electric heater, platinum thermistor, reducer, transmission system, frame, insulation cover, solution temperature detection, discharging machine neck, etc. Equipped with automatic heating and insulation, the main drive adopts frequency converter speed regulation and pressure closed-loop control. The imported temperature control instrument and solid state thermal relay are used for temperature control of each zone. Temperature control accuracy ± 1 ℃. The reducer adopts famous brand hard tooth face wide tooth large torque reducer and forced lubrication system.

The temperature control system of each zone is composed of temperature control instrument and platinum thermistor. The maximum temperature of screw mixing section is 330 ℃, and the screw drive motor is controlled by frequency converter, which is used to accurately control the screw speed.

2, 1 set of solution filter

The flange is connected with the extruder. Two groups of filter units can be set to clean and change the screen. The extruded and plasticized melt material is filtered through the filter to completely filter out the magazine and prevent blocking the spinneret hole.

8, 1 control system
