DESCRIPTION:
- Model QL020-250 is assembled with a bale breaker, pre-opening machine and single cylinder double doffer carding machine, high speed cross lapper and fiber batt cutting machine that is controlled by Siemens PLC program;
- It is mainly used to make fiber batt ready for comforter or pillow roll stuffing;
- Special carding machine proposal that is applied by hollow / conjugate polyester fiber 3D up with high speed processing in order to catch up a high capacity for the finished production;
- The fiber batt will be cut by a horizontal direction according to the pillow length size, or by requirement according to the final production;
- The whole line is controlled by Siemens PLC control system that can be handled by 1 operator according to the final proposal.
