Non-dairy creamer are liquid or granular substances intended to substitute for milk or cream as an additive to coffee or other beverages. They do not contain lactose and therefore are commonly described as not being dairy products, although many contain casein, a milk-derived protein.

Non-dairy creamer, also known as cream, is a new product which use hydrogenated vegetable oil, casein as the main raw material. The product has a special role in food manufacturing and processing. It’s often used in milk tea, coffee, oatmeal, seasoning and related products.

Non-dairy creamer can improve the internal organization of food,increase flavor and fat, with a smooth taste, so it is also a good partner of coffee products;

Non-dairy creamer can be used for instant oatmeal, cake, cookies etc. make the cake organization exquisite, improve elasticity; make the cookies have good rising and crisping, not easy to Lose fat. 

Non-dairy creamer has good instant solubility, smell like ”milk”, can replace milk powder or decrease milk consumption in food processing, under the premise of maintaining the stability of product quality, reduce the cost of production.

Recent studies show that wholly hydrogenated oil won't produce trans-fatty acids.Nowadays, the whole hydrogenation technology is very mature.Every day,absorbing small amounts of hydrogenated vegetable oil is harmless to the human body. We also have no trans fat non-dairy creamer.
