Applications:
The quality nodulizing agent a is new generation product featuring strong applicability, stable and long(1.5-2 minutes) outbreak, small magnesium light and strong decay resistance, good roundness of graphite nodules, greatly improving the mechanical performance of ductile iron.
The result of application in works showed that yttrium-based heavy rare earth magnesium nodulizing alloyshave strong effects of desulphurization, nodulization, nodulization fading resistance and nodular graphite degeneration resistance as well as effects to fine matrix structure, reduce chilling tendency, and increase mechanical properties of heavy section castings themselves.
