Characteristics of Brick Mould
- ---1.The raw tile of Brick Mould is formed in the upper part of the cavity and then ejected out of the frame by upper and lower punches,which indicates the ejection joumey is short.In the floating process of the closed cavity the formed tile is still being pressured so as to increasr its adhesive force,consequently the tile is strengthened and its edges improved. 
- ---2.The exhaust passages of Brick Mould at the lower part of the cavity woudl be enlarged and the exhaust returnjourney be shortened so that the pressing frequency is accordingly increased. 
- ---3.The wear-out of the edges of upper and lower punches as the liners would be decreased and the life span of the mould be lengthened because of the positioning of upper punch and enlargement of exhaust passage.
