1)raw material is PC+PBT or PC+PET
2)mail core and cavity steel is M202,small cavity and core insert steel is 738H
3)Upside down hot sprue gate directly onto the product
4)DME equivalent standard parts,LKM moldbase and the steel is 1050
Automobile dashboard mold structure characteristic,no slider and has 8 lefter,since the large size and no allowance gating mark on the out surface,
so normally ultlize upside down hot sprue on back product.Also since its big size,the cooling channels should be enough
to cool the mold during production,the lifter should has individual cooling sytems.
