Fow Mould QC 3 Main Steps

1. | Incoming quality control: steel material and outsourcing standard components will be checked to ensure that they confirm with the demands for the custom plastic mold; |
2. | Inprocess quality control: all the machining and assembling process is under control, have QC team to check and supervise the tolerance and processed surface to satisfy the requirments; |
3. | Final quality control: upon the completion of the plastic mold,will have a thorough check for main size of the trial plastic sample and mold to ensure every steps best. |
