BDLF Stucco Sprayer Hopper Gun can be used for plastering a stucco house, traditional plastering of stucco such as one coat or three coat stucco or GFRC. The range is from 1/8" heavy texture to 1" thick structural layers. It can also be used for applying plaster, hard coat stucco, EIFS, small scale shotcrete, cement, concrete, papercrete, earthen mixes and more. Hopper made from stainless steel material, with a life time anti-rust guarantee. Will spray: Sand /Cement Slurries, plaster spray products, Grout, GFRC, GFRG Monokot Mk-6, Cafco-300, and other Fireproofing materials. For best performance we recommended to use 12 cfm @ 100 psi (340 liter@ 7 bar) gas power or electric air compressor, with 15 to 30 gallon (60-114 liter) air tank. We also include additional 4 brass air jet to use with small air compressor that delivers only 4-6 cfm @ 90 psi. Hopper includes with 2 cover bolts that allow you to plug one or two holes at the tip for narrow spraying capabilities.

The unique hopper angle and overflow flap allow for application on ceilings or higher areas. It is also a great stucco tool for plastering a stucco house, for traditional plastering such as one-coat or three-coat stucco, for GFRC, and stamped concrete. You will have great success with faux rock and vertical walls. It is also is very efficient for many alternative building methods like strawbale, earth bag, insulated panels and thin shell / ferrocement. The application thickness ranges from 1/8″ heavy texture to 1″ thick structural layers.
Required Air Compressor Details
Use the wall and ceiling sprayer with a 5 hp electric (220 volt) compressor, a 6.5 hp gas compressor or larger. More air is better, bigger tanks are better. The goal is to let the compressed air do the work for you. If you have at least an 8 hp gas compressor, it is a good idea to maximize the air flow and throwing power with 1/2″ ID air hose and fittings.
