We generally ship all orders to customers within 3 days after the payment confirmed. 
If there is an unexpacted case of out of stock, we will inform customers in advance and do our best to ship orders as soon as possible.

We have various options for delivery methods depending on buyer's request or order quantity. 
If a customer's order is very urgent, we can choose express courier service such as DHL , EMS, FEDEX etc. And if an order quantity is big or buyer want competitive shipping cost, then we have another choice of Air Cargo or Ocean Shipment. 
The approximative delivery format is as follows for reference.

 
1. If ordered product appears to have quality problem , pls take photos and let us have them  to check.  After checking on the defectiveness, we can negotiate with customer for solution.
2. If customer want to return the defective goods, we will take charge for return shipping cost.
3. Please note that we don't take responsibility for buyer's custom clearence and tax in case of FOB term.
