This Complete set paint equipment mainly consist of Emulsifying dispersion pot, pipeline emulsifying machine, horizontal sand mill, powder filling tank, liquid meter,air compressor, electric control device and filling machine.
2. Main Features:
(1) Integrated Production. The equipment change the traditional craft, and combine the high speed rotating rotor with stator to disperse and emulsify the materials. During the production process, the equipment use the liquid metering device to meter the materials, and High shear emulsifying machine to emulsify the materials. It can vacuum suction, vacuum defoaming, semi-automatic filling the finished product.
(2)No dead ends Production. The combined emulsifying head which is specially designed to ensure the materials being processed at high, medium and low state.
(3) Completed Configuration. The user don't need to match other accessory equipment. Once you connect the power, the machine can be worked.
