YSHJ series single shaft twin screw mixer is widely used in mixing the powder raw
material in many industries,such as feed factory, breed aquatics factory, chemical
factory, food factory and flour mill and so on. It can make the materials mix evenly
and ensure the quality of the fodder.
Features of the mixer:
1. Single shaft twin screw mixer used for animal feed pellet making process, which
mixing the raw material by batch before into pellet machine.
2.Mixing evenness is high, CV≤5-7%, mixing time is 3-6min/batch.
4.The deviceis much economical on price and ensured long life span.
5.Discharge method: Manual, electrical,pneumatic.
6. It has two feeding door on top, one is used to add main materials , the other is
used to add additive.
