Product Introduce of magnetic separator :

Magnetic separator is one of the most widely used machine in the industry, it is widely used in . It is suitable for removing iron from the materials such as coal, non-metal ore and building material, and can also be used for the wet magnetic separation of the materials whose particle size is below 3mm such as magnetite, pyrrhotite, calcined ore and ilmenite. The magnetic system of magnetic separator is a compound of fine ferrite material and rare earth magnets and the average magnetic induction intensity of the surface of the cylinder is 100~600mT. It has the features of simple structure, big processing capacity, easy for operation and easy maintenance. Per specific need, customers can select from kinds of magnetic separators with different surface magnetic intensity such as downstream type, semi-reflux type and reflux-type.

Working Principle of magnetic separator:

The pulp flows into tank from the pulp box, and under the water flow of the feeding spray pipe, the mineral grain will go into the feeding area of the cell body in loose condition. Under the effect of the the magnetic field, the magnetic ore particles will have magnetic gathering and form magnet group or magnet chain which is influenced by the magnetic force inside the pulp and moves to the magnetic pole and finally is absorbed onto the cylinder. The material is evenly given to the magnetic field region of upper the rotating roller, magnetic substance is adsorbed on the surface of the roller and rotated together with the roller. As the non-magnetic particles and magnetic particles are suffered different magnetic force in a magnetic field, the magnetic particles are adsorbed on the surface of the roller by the magnetic field, and removed to the magnetic region. Non-magnetic and weakly magnetic particles flow out the tank with the pulp. These are the tails.

Payment Term:

1. T/T and LC is usually used.

2. 30% T/T in advanced, and balance to be paid before delivery.

3. Take pictures or video in process and finish product before delivery to approval. 

Transportation: 

1. Export Port is Qingdao, Tianjin or Shanghai BY SEA.

2. If no request appoint port, we usally export from Qingdao Port. 

3. Trade Term is usally based on FOB, C&F, CIF.
