Magnetic Separator Applications
Magnetic separator is used for particle size below 3mm magnetite, pyrrhotite, roasted ore, ilmenite and other materials wet magnetic separator, and also for coal, non-metallic minerals, building materials and other materials iron remover.
Magnetic separator have many features compact structure, no cooling system, no power excitation system, rectifying the belt automatically, simple structure, easy to operate, easy to maintain, etc.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
The material is evenly given to the magnetic field region of upper the rotating roller, magnetic substance is adsorbed on the surface of the roller and rotated together with the roller.As the non-magnetic particles and magnetic particles are suffered different magnetic force in a magnetic field,the magnetic particles are adsorbed on the surface of the roller by the magnetic field,and removed to the non-magnetic region.Non-magnetic and weakly magnetic particles are suffered by their different magnetic force.The outstripped track are different.

Attention
1.We should install the machine under shelter from rain and do not put it in the open air directly.
2.Electric motor should be installed in the rear of the crusher and the direction of rotation should be consistent
with the crusher. Reverse is forbidden.
3.The machine has six ground screws fixed on the concrete flood. The foundation need a place left for
discharging the ore stone and the scope is not less than 50°. The base form should be decided by the users
according the model of the feeder and transportation facilities.
4.Before debugging the equipment, we should tighten the screws and connect parts and check the lubrication
conditions.
5.After launching, the machine should reach normal speed before feeding. The material should be inserted
from the front and do not from the side in case of overload caused the accident.
6.Feeding must be stopped before stopping the machine. Only all the material have been broken is spit out
entirely, stopping working is available.
Q:Payment
A:30% by TT as deposit on signing the contract, 70% by as final payment of balance after the client’s satisfactory inspection of the equipment prior to the goods leaving the factory.
Q: What about Warranty? what will we do if the machine is broken down
A: The warranty period for all of structural and mechanical equipment is one year. The warranty period for all electric motors is half one year. Wear parts are not covered by warranty unless the component part is found to be flawed.
