Micro Powder Mill

 The device is designed based on the improvement of similar products in this industry and it adopts the advanced structure of the similar product in domestic and overseas. It takes small space, lower power consumption but has higher efficiency, and one- time investment is small compared with ball mill. The grinding roller presses on the grinding ring tightly under centrifugal force; so the output and the fineness of the final products are not affected when the roller and the ring are abraded. The replacement cycle of the roller and the ring is long. The airflow separation flow of this machine cyclically flows inside the air blower, mill cas cyclone separator and air blower, so there is less dust and the workshop is cleaner compared with the high- speed centrifugal crusher.

1.  Safe and reliable There is no rolling bearing or screw in the grinding cavity. It avoids damages to the machine which caused by tear & wear of bearing and seals and the looseness of screws.

2. High efficiency with low cost The capacity is 40% higher compared with airflow mill and mix mill in the same condition of the materials, drive and fineness of the final powder. 

3. Long life span  The worn part’s service life is longer than normal grinding mill under the case of  the same materials and fineness of the final powder. Usually, its life span is more than 1 year. 

4. No pollution  Hig voltage pulse duster is adopted in the mill which makes no powder pollution during its runing. The silencer and the sound proffing room reduced the moise, it strictly follos the state environment protection standard. 

5. High fineness of the final product Classified grinding is used in micro powder mill; the final product is with high fineness. The fineness of powder can reach <5μm with d97 once.  

 The motor drives the main shaft and every turntable through the reducer. The reducer drives dozens of rollers to rotate against race way of ring through pin. Small material crushed by hammer crusher is transported into hopper by elevator, and then vibrating feeder shall feed material to the central part of upper turntable evenly. The material falls to circle under the centrifugal force and comes down to raceway of ring to be crushed into powder. After ground in the first race way, the material goes to the second and third turntable. The blower inhales the external air into the mill and carries the powder after third turntable into powder- separtator. Turbine in the separator makes the coarse powder drop down and reground and the fine powder shall go into cyclone powder collector together with air current and go down through discharge valve as final product; at the same time, air current with a little dust goes out through blower and muffler after purified by filter.
