The Raymond Mill’s Use:
The raymond mill to grind the following non-inflammable and non-explosive materials with the hardness below Scale 9.3 of Moh’s and the moisture content below 6%,such as: quartzite, feldspar, calcite, speckstone, bolongnian stone, cann, tombarthite, marble, potter’s clay, tauxite, manganese-ore, garnet, ferric-oxide(yollow), bean-coal, magnetite, fertilizer, compound fertilizer, flyash, softcoal, coke coal, ligniteous coal, gold-mine, red earth, clay-mineral, kaolin, coke, gangue, porcelain-clay, kyanite, fluorspar, rhyolite, pyrophyllite, shale, amethyst, basalt, plaster-stone, graystone, multiple stone, graphite, silicon-carbide, thermal insulation materials, and etc.
Working Principle of Ultrafine raymond grinding:
Firstly, raw material is crushed by jaw crusher to the size required, then elevated into a hopper from which the material is transported through the electro-magnetic vibrating feeder evenly and continuously into the grinding chamber for powder-processing. The rollers oscillate outward to press the ring because of the centrifugal force and the shovel scoops up the materials, send to the middle between the ring and rollers to accomplish the grinding.After grinding, the rough materials will be recycled by the air from the fan back into the grinding chamber for regrinding and the fine powders are blew into the cyclone and poured out through the output-powder pipe as the final products.
The Raymond Mill’s Characteristics:
1.Mineral that Moh’s hardness is smaller 9.3 stages can process, crush.
2.Completed product that particle sphere that diameter maximum is very extensive, particle is 0.613mm (30 mesh), the normal particle is 0.033mm and the smallest particle is 0.013mm. (1000mesh)

4.The accommodation of the analyzer is very convenient.
5.Grinding apparatus adopt lap multistage seal, and the seal is effective.
