Relatively speaking, co-firing lime kiln material distributing is very critical because it feed the fuel and limestones into kiln simultaneously, and must achieve burden are reasonable distribution in the kiln, eliminate the furnace wall effect, balanced resistance in furnace, to achieve whole furnace section of "lit" uniform.

Therefore, the form and effect of distributor has a great influence on the productivity of lime kiln.

Lime kiln consists of kiln body,feeding device,cloth device, burning device,discharge device,electrical equipment,instrument control equipment,dust removal device,etc.

Different forms of lime kiln,its structure and calcination,process basic same,but the value of equipment has the very big difference.Of course use effect is distinct.

1. Advanced structure, low pressure loss of vertical preheater can effectively improve the preheating effect, after preheated limestone enter into kiln, the decomposition rate can achieve up to 20-25%, and can use 10-15mm fine grade limestone directly.

2. Lime Rotary kiln each ends are modular sealing. So that air leakage coefficient less than 10%, using composite refractory to reduce radiant heat loss.

3. Filling, Can partition ventilation round or square upright cooler, make sure the lime outlet from cooler temperature 800C+environment, easy to transport, store, and the secondary air into the furnace preheated to 7000C or more, reducing the moving parts and special materials.

Working Process of Lime Rotary Kiln

Limestone and fuel into the lime kiln (if fuel gas pipelines,and the burner into) began to decompose after preheating to 850 degrees,1200 degrees to complete calcination,after cooling discharged out of the kiln.

Quick lime production is completed. Different kiln form have different preheating,calcination,cooling and discharging mode.

But there are several process principle is the same:

high quality raw material,lime quality is good;

Fuel high calorific value,less number of consumption;

Particle size of limestone and the calcination time is to the proportional;

Quick lime activity degree and calcination time,calcination temperature is inversely proportional.

1). High productivity makes it possible for our lime rotary kiln to be used in large active lime production line.

2). Open-type calcining rotary kiln has a simple structure, and can discharge sulfurous gases timely, which makes it quite suitable for steelmaking.

3). It is capable of calcining 10 to 50mm fine limestone directly.

4). Vertical preheater has been equipped at the end of the kiln to make full use of high-temperature gases generated during calcining. It can preheat limestone to the decomposition conditions. In this way, it helps not only to increase the output, but also to decrease the heat consumption.

5). The equipped vertical cooler at the head of the kiln can help cool the high-temperature limestone, as well as make it convenient to convey and store. Besides, it can effectively increase the temperature inside the kiln, thus reducing the fuel consumption.

6). Waste gases, discharged from the vertical preheater, have a temperature ranging from 280°C to 350°C, and their dust content is about 20g/Nm3. So it is easy to deal with these gases according to the requirements of environmental protection.

7). With stable performance, our active lime calcining equipment is also suitable for mine exploitation.
