50X-600X Reflected and Transmitted Illumination Digital Metallurgical Microscope
Description
It has a standard magnification range of 50X-600X(1600X and 2000X are available with optional 16x and 20x eyepiece). It comes with wide field eyepieces, long working distance Plan achromatic objectives, double layer mechanical stage, coaxial coarse and fine focusing system, analyzer and polarizer, halogen lamp reflected and transmitted illumination and 10MP USB2.0 camera. This microscope is an ideal microscope for the research of metallography, mineralogy, integrated circuits, semiconductor chips, micro-electronics, and electronics research.
