The products are widely used in steel structure platforms,stair treads, floors, drainages, well covers , sidewalks,decks etc. We can also design and manufacture special steel gratings on our customer's requirement. 

 5.The installation of galvanized steel grating

Productions made by our company are easy to install,there are two ways to install it.Weld it directly for Permanent using or  use clips to fix it for re-movement,it's very easy to install it with our special design.

7.Standards of galvanized steel grating.

8.Tolerance of galvanized steel grating

The allowed deviation of length is +0/-5mm, while the allowed deviation of width is +/-5 mm. 
The non-perpendicularity of bearing bar is allowed no more than 10% of width of bearing bar. 
Cross bar surface should not surpass bearing bar surface 1mm, beginning & end of cross bar should not surpass the end surfaces of two sides of grating 2mm. 

time of deilivery: 15-20 days after receiving 30% deposit

Payment: 30% by T/T in advance, the balance by T/T against the fax copy of B/L.
