Frozen Meat Slicer/Frozen Meat Cutter CD455 is specially designed to cut minus 18 degrees Celsius to 0 degrees Celsius frozen meat, bones, ham ect. into 0.5 ~ 100mm slices and blocks.
Main Features
1.Four Guide Pillar up-and-down type compound meat cutter, stable working condition.
2. Special Stainless steel thicken knife rest, a great resistance to shock, not easy to bend deformation. The knife rest could fix two kinds knife：the light knife and the heavy knife. The heavy knife is mainly used for cutting bones; the light knife is mainly used for cutting frozen meat or frozen sausages etc.
3. The baseboard prevent frozen meat melting is with guide way, nylon material. It could effectively lower the frozen meat melting because of temperature change of the environment. The baseboard could be removed from the back side easily, it’s convenient to clean the machine.
