Smoking House is designed for smoking, cooking, baking, drying and cleaning.

Smoking House machine is completely made of stainless steel SUS304.

-Computerized Auto Control Mode: Big touch screen. Parameters can be shown in one control interface. PLC Controlled

-Connecting with computer and printer that can control the smokehouse remotely and print out the recipes, humidity and temperature. 100 recipes can be stored.
-Unique Air Circulation System, 
-Independent Smoking Generator or Smoking generator installed inside the door for 50kg’s smokehouse.

-Adopt advanced inner circulation smoking system that even can generate smoke in low oxygen state.
-Effective Auto-Cleaning System

-DQXZ is electrical heating ,no need boiler

-QXZ is steaming heating, the buyer will prepare for a boiler in buyer’s plant

- inside of smokehouse, have the trolley for hanging the sausage and meat product.

- the customer can choose the stick for hanging the sausage line

- 1/1 means, the smokehouse include one door and one trolley inside.

- 1/2: one door, two trolleys inside

- 2/2: two door( front door for feed the uncooked product, the back door for final cooked product; two trolleys inside )

- 2/4: two doors, four trolleys inside

 Two kinds: one is that two doors are in the front,(square shape for the smokehouse)  the other is that front door, and back door.( channel shape)
