2. Belt conveyor roller Inner structure and material
Tube | tube special for roller,compared with ordinary steel tube, in the following aspects, it has great advantages which can make the roller have minimum radial play eccentricity |
Shaft | high precision cold-drawn steel which has high brightness and little tolerance. |
Shaft end | both ends of the tube are simultaneously machined and chamfered. |
Bearing | use deep groove ball bearing with big clearance, it’s C3, C4. And this clearance can make rollersrevolve flexibly. Bearing type is 2RZ and 2RS with oil seal which have advantage in dust proof. |
Lubrication | Grease is Lithium soap type grease with Rust Inhibitors |
Seals | multiple labyrinth seal,the material we can provide has ABS resin, Nylon, Hdpe, Polyurethane, polyformaldehyde and so on. |
