Supra Polymer Head Sheave Filling Block employs the linear material with over-1500 million viscosity-average molar mass (the molecular weight of the common material is only 200~300 thousand), due to the large molecular weight, in possession of the incomparable comprehensive characteristics such as wearable, resistant to impact, corrosion resisting, Cold Weather Curability, self-lubricating, impact energy absorption, which no any plastic is comparable to. Performance
Abrasion performance stands No.1 on the plastics, 4 times higher than Nylon66 (PA-66), and PTFE
Impact strength is No. 1, 5 times to ABS, and able to be kept at liquid nitrogen temperature (-196°C), no other plastic can be compared.
Excellent chemical corrosion preventive. Except the strong oxidizability acid liquor, it can bear all kinds of corrosive medium (acid, alkali, salt) and the organic medium (naphthalene solvent is an exception) at the certain range of the temperature and chroma. Soaking 30 days in 80 kinds of organic solvent at the temperature between 20°C to 80°C, no any abnormal changes on the surface of the filling block, physical phenomenon keeps well as the original one.
Impact energy absorbability reaches the peak, the capacity of sound attenuation is very good.
The friction factor is fairly low, having self-lubricating property.
In-adhesive, the ability of anti-adherent is equal to Teflon.
Wonderful Cold Weather Curability, having ductibility even at liquid helium temperature (-269°C)
