Economic AC Servo Driven Traversing Robot Arm

BRA700/900 Series traversing robot arm is applicable to all types of horizontal injection machine ranges of 100~320T for take-out products and sprues. Vertical arm is telescopic type, with product arm and runner arm, for two plate or three plate mold products take out. Traverse axle driven by AC servo motor. After installed this robot, the productivity will be increased 10~30%, reduce defective rate, ensure safety of operators, reduce manpower and accurately control the output to reduce waste.

 

Palm controller with dialogue type operation interface, the display language is changeable, easy for learn.

Eight sets built-in programs, with L/U take out function.

Applicable to all types of products take out.

Traverse stroke can be used to place products in multiple points (99 points at most) to stacking products.

Step 2: Selection of Swing-arm Robot or Traversing Robot Arm

(1). Below 150Ton of IMM, for two plate molding or runner take-out only, select swing-arm robot. 

(2) .Above 150Ton, select traversing double-arm robot.

Step 3:Double-arm or Single-arm Selection

(1).Most products are from three-plate mold, Double-arm Robot is the best selection for the OEM enterprise.

(2).Hot-runner mold product, with stable production order, Single-arm robot is a good choice.

Step Four: Selection of Telescopic Arm or Single Stage Arm

(1).Below 200Ton,we suggest single stage arm, for its short Vertical stroke(700mm)

(2).Above 200Ton, select telescopic arm.

(3).Shop traveler and factory with a low height must choose telescopic arm.

Step Five: Selection of Two-axis, Three-axis and Five-axis AC Servo Driven Robot Arm.

A. Two-axis AC Servo: Traverse-axis and vertical-axis is driven by AC Servo motor.

Advantage One:

Traverse-axis driven by AC Servo motor, precise position, short circle time, remote adjustment, convenient and fast. Products can be placed in multiple-point equip with the belt conveyor.

Advantage Two:

(1).Vertical-arm driven by AC Servo motor, precise vertical traveling, stable products sucking, and less alarm.

(2).Remote adjustment of vertical-axis, save the time for EOAT adjustment.

(3).Vertical-axis driven by AC Servo motor, product take-out time is quicker than Cylinder driven. Save the circle time and the productivity can be increased more than 10%.

(4).It is cheaper than three-axis and five-axis robot arm.

(1).All-axis AC Servo driven robot arm, with fast speed and short time for EOAT adjustment.
