1.Q: What is the delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take about 15 days for samples. For mass production, it usually takes 30 days, for complicated parts, the delivery time will be longer.
2. Q: What kind of information do you need for a quote?
A: Please provide the following information: 2D or 3D product drawings(in STEP, STP or IGS format), raw material(or substitutes), tolerance, surface treatment, MOQ.
3. Q: Will you provide 100% inspection for every product?
A: Yes, KeamTeam will monitor every step of process and do full inspection for every part.
