TY-M is a mobile turbine oil filter used outdoors, specially equipped with a trailer, which can be transported over long distances; and is equipped with a closed, dust-proof and rain-proof. It is suitable for the online processing of turbine oil for steam turbines, gas turbines, and water turbines in the electric power, chemical, paper, metallurgical and other industries to ensure unit adjustment and normal operation of the lubrication system. It can also purify low-viscosity lubricating oil and cooling oil.
2. This machine integrates the advantages of gravity method, gasification method, coalescence separation method, vacuum separation, mechanical filtration. It adopts vacuum drying, automatic demulsification and other technologies, which can not only separate a large amount of water in the oil, but also can remove trace amounts of water in the oil, and has high dehydration and demulsification efficiency, and makes the turbid and emulsified oil clear and transparent.
3. This equipment is additionally equipped with a vacuum analysis and evaporation system, which vacuum dehydrates the micro water in the oil to ensure the moisture index of the oil, does not change the physical and chemical properties of the oil, and prolongs the service life of the oil.
4. The machine has low noise and meets environmental protection requirements.
5. The sophisticated multi-stage filter element can effectively remove all kinds of mechanical impurities, encryption stepwise, large dirt holding capacity and long service life.
6. Advanced infrared liquid level automatic control system, sound and light automatic alarm system and pressure protection device to ensure the safe and stable operation of the equipment.
7. Turbine oil and low-viscosity lubricating oil can be processed online, unattended.
