TYD-Ex-50 safety guaranteed explosion proof oil cleaning machine is equiped with a explosion proof which and esepcially designed for handling high water content oils,such as lubricant oil, crude oil, engine oil, hydraulic oil,turbine oil,fuel oil,diesel oil and freezing machine oil, as well as other lubricant oil which is equipped with a high effective vacuum dehydration system, with the big capacity to separate a lot of water from the oil.Can not only remove the mass water,but also remove the trace water and impurity with a high precision.

1. Adopts molecular demulsification, thin film evaporation.

7.With strong impurities removing capability, its automatic backwash filter element can remove large mount of impurities. Large area deep level precision filtration material can remove the granules from the oil, serving as displacement of oil system cleaning device.
8.High automation, small size, safe and reliable. The machine adopts infrared liquid level automatic control device to achieve the man-machine detachment, which makes the operation simpler and more reliable.
