Degassing, drying and particulate removal; 

Also remove acidity, sludge, other soluble oil decay products and improve color. 

Use double stage high vacuum technology and high precicion filters combined with our special brand of earth.

Regeneration system BZ with special brand of earth can remove acidity, sludge, other soluble oil decay products and discoloration

Can on site completely regenerate insulating oils in energized or de-energized transformers.  

Can be mounted on a leak proof base or be installed and operated on a trailer.

Also can be an independent vacuum supply for vacuum drying and oiling of transformers.

There are two vacuum pumps for ZYD-I. One is the rotary vacuum pump, aother one is the booster roots pump which can greatly improve the vacuum value to make dewatering much more complete.

Minimised power consumption through optimised degassing (excellent efficiency factor). 

Can be automatically operated with P.L.C (Programmable Logic Controller). 

On-line water content measuring device.
