Transformer oil is affected by oxidation and as result the natural decaying process takes place in the fluid. This decay process develops sludge resulting in a shorter life span and ultimately failure of the device. Impurities in the oil are usually particles, water, sludge, acidity, gas etc. Working in conjunction with TOP transformer oil purifiers (two separate plants) and working on the principle of reactivated Fuller’s Earth, TOP oil regeneration plants are highly recommended to restore color, maintain, dry, fill and treat your transformer oil as required. By removing contaminants from insulating oils, they restore the oils dielectric properties, and at the same time extend the useful life of your electrical equipment including the oil. TOP transformer oil treatment systems are available in stationary and mobile configurations.

Application:

Series ZYB transformer oil regeneration plants have been specially designed for on site use to completely regenerate insulating oils in de-energized transformers. Our machine provides regular oil purification such as degassing, drying and particulate removal but also can remove acidity, sludge, other soluble oil decay products and discoloration. This is accomplished by the use of high vacuum degasification technology and particulate filters combined with our special brand of earth. After treating, the oil can be reused as new.

Features:

1.Besides the common vacuum oil purifier’s function of dewatering, degassing and eliminating impurities, this machine can regenerate the seriously deteriorated oil by removing the polarity materials such as the deep oxides, free carbon in the oil effectively. It can recover the seriously deteriorated oil to comprehensive index of anti-alkali and water-solubility etc.

2.Three ways of service: use only vacuum dewatering, degassing, removing impurities system; use only the regeneration system independently; and also can use both at the same time.

Advantages：
It can not only remove water, gases and impurities from the unqualified insulating oil and improve voltage withstanding value, but also can remover many values to the national standard such as the acid value, PH value etc. Meanwhile, it can filtrate out the free carbon, deep oxides and so on to comprehensively improve various properties of insulating oil.

Performance:
In a single pass through the purifier at a full flow rate:
Water Removal:  From 50 ppm down to less than 5 ppm in a single pass & down to 3 ppm after two passes. (According to the PPM Tester)
Gas Removal:  From fully saturated with air (10% to 12% by volume) down to less than 0.1% by volume.
Particulate Matter Removal:  98% of particles over 0.5mm or over 1 mm or over 5mm at customers preference.
Dielectric Strength:  Improve dielectric strength up to 75-80KV for New oil.
