2. The three-dimensional flash evaporation dehydration and degassing technology are used to efficiently remove the moisture and gas in the oil, so that the breakdown voltage can be quickly increased to more than 75kV.
3. Using composite high-speed degassing spiral escape flow structure, independent dual-channel technology for oil and gas, the secondary remelting technology in preventing oil and gas separation, can quickly remove various organic hydrocarbon gases in the oil, and ensure that the content of acetylene and hydrogen in the oil is zero.
4. Using carbon fiber infrared heating, grouped ultra-low surface load, PID constant temperature control and dual temperature flow protection technology, built-in increased diameter oil flow and directional overflow technology, to prevent "dead oil zone", over temperature and dry burning.
5. Using a multi-stage high β-value compound gradual density filtration system and a line-surface coupling filter element seal, which can effectively filter the fine mechanical impurities in the oil.
6. Special precision oil pump, low noise, meets environmental protection requirements.
7. Online oil filtering, unattended, vacuum oil filling for transformers, etc., and hot oil drying treatment.
