The lathe chooses the spindle specifications for BT50, diameter is 190 mm.The full set of spindles are all imported from the professional manufacturers in Taiwan. (Posen or Nutrilite tsubaki). All the important components are strengthened. It adopts the P4 level world famous brand bearings which specialized in spindles. And it uses KLUBRNBU15 grease to lubricate. After the complete set of spindle assembling under the condition of constant temperature, all the spindles need to correct the balance and running test through the computer, which can make the complete set of spindles long service life and high reliability
The rotating ball screws of this lathe’s XYZ axis are all adopt with C3 level double nut preloaded ball screws which are provided by professional manufacturers in Taiwan. (HIWIN). The bearings on both ends of the ball screws are of imported P4 level and 60 ° contact angle and are special for ball screw. The three axis ball screws are all pre-stretching, which can ensure the high rigidity of transmission and reliable of the accuracy.
The application
The whole lathe is rigidity, and is convenient and flexible for operation. It can process horizontal milling, drilling, expanding, boring, tapping and so on. 3: The whole lathe bed which is optimization designed, one-piece inverted, and T type structure has the good rigidity, perfect dynamic characteristics. It is suitable for the heavy cutting, and also has high precision of stability and excellent vibration absorbing ability.
4: The high-performance spindle which made in Taiwan, adopts the lubrication to lubricate, it can make the spindle bearings get constant and reliable lubrication. It is not only environmentally friendly, but also free maintenance, and has the excellent performance.
5:The feed unit adopts the large diameter double nut ball screw, in applying preloaded on both ends, so it can eliminate the precision loss of thermal elongation
