trailer boom lift working cage features
1) horizontal moving also be called jib rotation .
working cage could make rotation 82° , at the same height you can trun left or turn right as your work requirements . easily crossing the obstacle reach the working site.
2) Vertical moving vertical
working cage could lifting up or lifting down .
3) working cage has control panel
takes more convenience when operating the lift .
The hydraulic cylinder system
- 1. Hydraulic pump station providing power
- 2. Pressure less valve : adjust and control the pressure , keep it in balance .Prevent the oil pipe broken .
- 3. overflow valve : control pressure and overloading protection .
- 4. Phase lack and phase dislocation protection : monitoring the electrical , if occur breakage , power will be cut off automatically , avoid broke the motor .
- 5. Safe protection : emergency stop button . When you meet emergency press it the lift will stop .
Three lifting arms
Every lifting arm adopts different thickness rectangular steel tube to fit their lifting capacity , marking sure the working safety. Total three sections .

Controllers
two controllers for controling the lift , one at the ground , its a control box ; another at the working cage , its a control panel .
all of they have following buttons : lifting up button, lifting down button, emergency stop button , lock (this without button with a key).
