Wiring instruction
01. External power line: DC 24V+input (red line), DC 24V-input (black line)
02. URV output line: (normal close contacts, double blue line), working voltage is no higher than AV380V, electric current is no more than 1A.
03. Lower limit output line:(normal close contacts, double yellow line), working voltage is no higher than AV380V, electric current is no more than 1A.
04. Fault output line:(normal close contacts, double green line), working voltage is no higher than AV380V, electric current is no more than 1A. (can be added according to client’s requirements)
Panel instruction
A. LED digital display
1. Actual value 5 LED digital:the red light is glistening when setting, it is normally on when normal working.
2. URV 4 LED digital: the green light is glistening when the actual value is equal to or higher than the upper limit range, it is normally on when normal working
3. Lower limiting value 4 LED digital: the green light is glistening when the actual value is equal to or lower than the lower limiting value, it is normally on when normal working
B. Status indicator
1. Running status light: “RUN” green display, green light on that indicates output is normal, the actual value is within the upper limit and lower limit value ; the green light off indicates output is disconnected, the actual value is out of the upper limit and lower limit.
2. Fault status light: “ERR” red display, red light on indicates the shut height indicator is out of order; red light off indicates the shut height indicator is working.
3. Direction status light: “REV” yellow display, the yellow light on indicates the drive bearing is rotating anti-clockwise when counting increasing; the yellow light off indicates the drive bearing is rotating clockwise when counting increasing.
