Introduction
SZ-207 series machine tool belongs to Swiss high-speed high-precision CNC bar lathe (CNC precision automatic lathe), which features high precision and high-speed stability. Due to the adoption of double-spindle and double-system independent control design, high-precision rotation synchronization and Z-axis synchronization are realized, and spindle and back shaft can be used for machining simultaneously, which solves the problem of difficult one-time back surface clamping, meets the machining accuracy requirements, and improves the machining efficiency. The machine tool takes high-speed precision electric spindle as its spindle and back shaft, is equipped with built-in high-resolution encoder and high-intensity cast iron machine tool body, adopts high-rigidity design, has seven control shafts (X1, Y1, Z1, C1, X2, Z2, C2) in which the indexing accuracy of shafts C1 and C2 can reach 0.001°, and can be equipped with 19 cutting tools simultaneously, thus realizing the combined machining of turning, milling, boring, twisting, drilling, tapping, etc. The machine tool is equipped with an automatic feeding machine, which realizes continuous machining, greatly improving the machining efficiency. It can be widely applied to the combined machining of slender-shaft parts and precision parts in automobiles, electronic communication, faxes, printers, medical instruments, home appliances, lockmaking and other industries.
Features
Double spindles coaxially rotate opposite to each other, and axially move at the same rotating speed, to exchange workpieces.
The end surfaces of back shafts have the machining functions of drilling, tapping and so on, and can be used for machining simultaneously, to improve the production efficiency.
SYNTEC/LNC CNC system can be used for synchronously controlling two composite turning and milling controllers with independent systems, realizing high stability.
