What are the founction of CNC LATHE?
CNC lathes are generally able to do the outer cylindrical, conical surface, spherical and thread processing, and process some complex rotating surface, such as double curved surface. CNC lathe can be mounted C axis and live tooling, greatly enhanced processing capabilities.

The spindle inside the headstock is supported by two high precision angular contact ball bearings and a single row roller bearing. The span between bearings is optimized to sustain radial, axial and varyingly compound loads. All these features make it meet the requirements of high speed and precision cutting.

Q1: how to buy the machines from your company?
A1: 1) please send your inquiry from the bottom of the page, or please call us directly. 2) We will discuss more details after getting in touch with each other.
3) Then we send you INVOICE with our bank account and you pay the money;
4) We start production as soon as we get the money;
5) We deliver the machine by sea to the port in your country.
Q2: what is your payment term?
A2: we prefer 30% TT as deposit and 70% TT before sending machine.
Q3: what is your warranty for the machine?
A3: The warranty for the machine is 12 month. Warranty claim for parts that are replaced free of charge in the warranty term owning to failure or damage will be honored. However, artificial damage or damage due to force majeure is not covered under warranty.
Q4: Can we visit your factory?
A4: of course! You are the most welcome to visit our factory and check the machines in person. Please let us know your plan before you come, and we will pick you up in the airport or at station.
Q5: Do we need to install the machines?
A5: For small machines like VMC and CNC Lathe, there is no need to install. We will send the machines as whole part. For large machines, like Gantry Milling machines and Boring Milling machines, you need to install the machines, or we will send our engineers to your place for installation, if it is necessary.
Q6: How do we get the training for the machines?
A6: You can send your people to our factory and we will offer training free of charge; or we can send our engineer to our place.
Q7: What is the payment term?
A7: we prefer 30% T/T as down payment, and 70% T/T before shipment.
