Our CNC lathe machine CK series is especially suitable for turning internal and external cylindrical, cambered and conical surfaces, turning Metric and British standards threads as well as end faces and grooves, also good for boring and reaming holes and machining non-cylindrical curves,of disc/shaft-type parts,in large quantities, efficiently, accurately and automatically, of revolution parts in such industries as automobile, motorcycle, electronic, aerospace, military and petroleum.Different CNC controller system and main configurations are optional in light of user's needs.
Main Features
1. Our company brings the sheet metal design concept and of vertical machining center and technologies into flat bed CNC lathe. Adopt sophisticated manufacturing facilities to produce the sheet metal for flat bed CNC machine such as CNC fiber laser cutting machine and 5 axes CNC bending machine. That makes the overall lathes’ with novel, simple and graceful appearance as well as delicate techniques.
2. Converter is with close loop which could directly detect the signals from spindle encoder. Once rotational speed of spindle slowed down, the converter would immediately start to close loop. And its output n.m is over twice as much as that of rating in 30s and cut down the possibility of lathes’ breakdown.
3. Headstocks or gearboxes which are with no more than four mechanical gear could achieve change gear automatically. It is one of our company’s patent technologies which is under submitting.
4. If necessary, the power of main motors could be increased such as increase 3.0KW to 4.0KW and 7.5KW to 9.5KW. And the n.m of each speed phrase all obvious significantly improved after the strict testing by dynamometer.
