Product Introduction
NBR LATEX refers to nitrile-butadiene latex.
Nitrile latex is a latex prepared by emulsion polymerization of butadiene and acrylonitrile. According to the mass percentage of acrylonitrile, it is divided into three types: high nitrile (35%~45%), medium nitrile (25%~33%), and low nitrile (20%~25%).
Nitrile rubber is mainly used to make oil-resistant rubber products, referred to as NBR, a synthetic rubber made by copolymerizing butadiene and acrylonitrile. It is characterized by particularly good resistance to gasoline and aliphatic hydrocarbon oils, good heat resistance, good air tightness, wear resistance, aging resistance and water resistance, and strong adhesion. It is second only to polysulfide rubber, acrylic ester and fluorine rubber, but better than other general-purpose rubbers.
Nitrile latex NBR-102 is mainly used in the dipping of cotton and flannelette lined gloves, which can enhance the wear resistance, oil resistance, cut resistance and gloss of gloves.
