c) Structure

Pouring ferry cart is composed by cart frame, driven divice and loactor device.

    Frame: The frame beam is made of steel, and it is made by welding the H steel and steel pipe, which make the rigidity have max load. The top is for mold guide rail.

    Driving device including moving driven and tracting driven. The moving driving includes the active drive and driven drive, the active drive is composed of motor, reducer, belt disc, transmission shaft, joint shaft and wheel, etc. It is controlled by the electrical controller.

    Locator device is composed by hydraulic station, oil cylinder, mechanism locator, controlled by control box.

d)  Working principles

The transmission system make the vehicle running when the power is supplied to the motor, and then the vehicle will ship the casting mold or to-cast mold to the curring tank or casting line, and the mould will be moved to pre-curing room by the tractor driven system.
