1. Double Laser heads: Multi-function Mix Laser with dual heads - 1 metal head is mainly for cutting metal materials(Stainless steel, Carbon steel), 1 normal head is used for cutting and engraving non-metal materails(Acrylic, Wood, Leather, etc).

2. Blade platform: After our special handle with high durable, won’t be rusted or deformed even after many years, generally used for cutting hard materials, such as Acrylic, Wood, MDF, Plywood, Die board, etc.

3. Yongli 260w & RECI 80w laser tube: Long working life is about 8000-10000 hours, high output power,  it’s suitable for cutting thin metal sheet and nonmetal plates.

4. Transmission system: Taiwan HIWIN guide rail and FULONG brand high toughness belt with very long service life and highest precision.

6. Driver system: Lead shine brand high subdivision stepper motor, make sure the speed and precision work.

7. Control system: RD control panel/DSP with off-computer control system / USB interface.

1. Double inlet and outlet Chiller: Can control the temperature automatically. It will alarm if there is a shortage of water thus ensure the continuous work of the laser tube, could cooling 2 pcs laser tube at same time.

2. Air pump: Blowing the laser lens during working to make the laser lens away from dirty environment caused by smoke and dust.

3. Exhaust Fans with air pipe: For exhausting the smoke and some small pieces during the machine working, clean dirty air, with low noise.

4. Tool box: Help to install and maintain machine.

1. Electrical Up-Down table: It could intelligently adjust up and down in accordance with different thickness of materials, ensuring the best focus height and perfect processing effect.

2. Air compressor: Environment Protection, Oil-free, Low noise, Strong high power for cutting Acrylic, Wood, MDF, Leather, Cloth, Card board, Rubber, preventing fire and protecting cutting effect.

3. Rotary attachment: when need to engrave on the regular or irregular round materials, need to use Roller rotary or Chuck rotary, this accessory must work together with the up & down system.

4. WIFI receiver: could operate the machine through this panel directly. 

Packing:

Machine will be clean and fixed on the wood board, every auxiliary parts will be packed by film, laser tube will set in one independent box , and fixed by sponge.Then,machine will be surrounded by the film and air rubber film,after that, will packed by the standard export plywood.Finally, will surround by the metal line again. The machine will be protected well.
