1. The whole set of equipment has one-year warranty period. (not including the consumable
parts) .
2. under guarantee period , if  the parts damaged ,The customer should send us by courier the damaged part to get new one, and we can send an engineer to customer's place on their demand, while the visa fee, round way flight  tickets and accommodation should be burdened on the customer.
3. Our customer can have a week free training at our company, and manual and video will be
sent to customer for training and learning how to install machine, Internet assistance is
available 24hrs everyday.
