Working Principle :
Electricity flows to the Adjustable Transformer Controller ; the alternating current then goes into the Commutator , and transforms into direct current. The direct current connects to the anode "+", and cathode "-" in the electrolytic cell , to electrolyze water into pure hydrogen and oxygen. As the Oxyhydrogen gas passes through the filter and pressure detector, the flame device (with anti-backfire safety valve) ignites to a temperature between 800 and 3000 degrees centigrade. It can be used for precision cutting processing equipment, giving results that are economical, reliable, safe, and environmental.

Generally, the gas cutting of iron(steel) uses heat of reaction of oxygen and iron.
It melts by preheating gases and blows away by oxygen. So we also call it oxygen cutting.
In the past, we had to make preheating flame by mixing oxygen with propane or acetylene.
However, we can heat the parent metal more than 800°C with preheating flame that is made by Brown Gas only.
Then oxydize the iron by high pressure oxygen from the center of a tip.
So the difference of melting point between the parental metal and oxydized iron can make the cut.
In this case, Brown Gas has a property to go straight and it makes less heat deflection and less oxydized iron which saves the loss of iron or parent metal.
Brown's gas cuts thick iron fast, smooth and clean. Further, when we miss our cut from traveling too fast, we are able to pick up the cut right where we left off;
(the oxidation layer is absolutely no problem for this torch). In fact, Brown's Gas will heat iron oxide faster than it will heat iron.
We've also noted that iron that has been surface treated with a Brown's Gas flame is much more resistant to rust.
There are some additional side benefits. For some reason, thick scale or rust on iron will not spit and pop as you cut it, like it does with nearly any other torch.
