As the leader of laser solution for flexible fabrics, GOLDEN LASER developed Co2 Flat Bed laser cutting machine for home textile, upholstery fabric, garment, cloth and industrial fabric cutting.

Integrated laser cutting, precision unwinding and rewinding, auto marker making, continuous cutting overlong material, auto-recognition cutting, marking and order management.

At present, GOLDEN LASER has developed more than 30 models of laser cutting machines for fabrics and flexible materials. There are 4 series:
(1) Synchronous Belt Series: Synchronous belt transmission with accurate transmission. Stable performance, high efficiency, lubrication-free and easy maintenance. Compared with other laser cutting machines, it has lower cost.
(2) Galvanometer Series: High speed Galvo scanner. Processing speed can reach up to 8000mm/s. Especially suitable for high speed processing of small images.
(3) Galvanometer with X, Y Axis Series: Combining X, Y laser head cutting and Galvo head engraving. No need re-locating. High precision, high efficiency and more convenient.
(4) Double Y-axis Series: with flying route and double Y-axis structure (principal axis and auxiliary axis). The double Y-axis share the weight of gantry and can achieve large format high speed cutting (1200mm/s).

Laser Cutting Machine, Brief Introduction

Compared with the traditional knife processing, laser is advanced CNC technology and a unique non-contact processing, working without any graphical limits and not produce any mechanical deformation. Laser processing has the advantages of high precision, high speed, no fraying, and high quality results. In addition, applicability of laser processing is more flexible. Laser can do cutting, engraving, hollowing, punching and other processing for a variety of textile, fabrics, garment, leather, fur, shoe, plush toy, home textile, upholstery, carpet, automotive interior, tent, etc. Laser processing technology is more sophisticated, creative and unique.

Laser Cutting Machine Description

1. Open-type wide area laser cutting bed. Working area of 2500mmX3000mm

2. Vacuum absorb conveyor working table with auto-feeding system, it is capable of fast and continuous cutting of textile fabrics.

3. If the length of single layout exceeded cutting area, cutting system can achieve continuous feeding and cutting.

4. Smart nesting software is optional, it can fast layout cutting graphics in the most material-saving way.

5. CNC 5-inch LCD screen operating system. Supporting multiple data transmission. Enabling offline or online operation.

6. Laser heads are synchronized with exhaust system so that can totally discharge smoke and fume from materials being cut to keep good environment and high precision of the machine.

7. You can print to the laser from a variety of programs, including CorelDraw, AutoCAD and Adobe software.

8. Equipped with optic CCD camera recognition system, it is able to automatic finding edges and cutting.

Installation Services are available with all GOLDEN LASER machines. We will dispatch technician to The Buyer's factory for installation and preoperation of machines.

Training Service

Our technician is available to your factory and offer training of how to use our machines. As well, you may send your technician to our company to learn how to operate machines.

Quality Guarantee

We guarantee the quality of machine (e.g. processing speed and working performance is the same as the data of samples making). We sign the agreement with detailed technical data.

We arrange final test before shipment. We run the machine for a few days, and then use customer's materials for test. After making sure machine is the best performance, then ship out the machine.
