1)What kind of material do you want to machine?
Whether you can use laser machine or not depends on the material type you machine.Certainly,whether exactly choose the laser machine
or not ,also depends on the material type.For example,when the squartz glass is cutted by laser machine,it will break because of long time of heating
from parts.So,only can engrave quickly on the face of squartz glass,can't cut.Besides,the laser machine with 80w laser tube can cut most of materials with high speed.However,,about other materials,like steel plate,thick board,you should choose the laser machine with high laser tube power.
2)What size of material do you machine?
The size of material is the precondition of confirming the size of working table.Treating the biggest size of material as the size of working table,which is reasonable.
3)How do you machine material?
Only when we understand how you want to machine material,do we confirm if you can use laser machine and what kind of machine .
For example,if you want to engrave on wood,the ordinary laser head is OK;If you want to engrave patterns in lint,you should use galvanometer laser head.
