APPLICATION
This type of shoe making machine lamination machine is used for:
1. Shoemaking materials, such as EVA + fabric, foam + fabric, fabric+ leather, fabric+fabric and so on
2.Clothing materials, handbag, such as fabric + waterproof film, fabric + fabric, fabric + fur and so on
LAMINATING MACHINE FEATURES
a.It adopts high temperature resistant pressing mesh to make the laminated material more firm and flat, increasing the bonding effect.
b.Special antirust Teflon paper protects the laminated material when the temperature of the heating drying roller is very high.
c.All the heating pipes in the drying roller are made of stainless steel and the temperature of the heating drying roller can be as high as 160 celcius degree, and even 200 celcius degree.
d.There is a glue scraping blade to scrape the glue evenly onto fabric and the unique glue channel design facilitates the cleaning of the glue after lamination.
e.The material feeding roller is moved by air cylinder, realizing more rapid, convenient and precise process.
f.Counting device and rewinding device are installed on the machine.

4. How can I trust your quality?
- We have CE and ISO certificates. They enhance quality control throughout the manufacturing of our machines.
- We have professional QCs. For each step of our machine production, there will be a team of QCs responsible for the inspection. Until the item passes all the inspections can it go to the following step.
- At the end of the machine assembling, a series of testings will be conducted. Unless the machine passes all the testings, we will not make delivery.
- We guarantee our machines with one-year warranty. Usually, our customers use our machines for 5 years, 8 years and even 10 years.
- Throughout the lifespan of our machines, the spare parts replacement will be at cost price.
5. How to operate the machine? We have not used such a machine before. We just want to expand our business and start a new line.
