Vacuum Flange


  

· With water-cooled flange, the upper flange can manually control clamping the sample and releasing the sample (only reserve the interface of connecting the sample to the wire, do not provide the wire,can realize the sample leaving the thermal field quickly; The lower flange realizes the connection between the vacuum chamber and the storage tank through the electric plate valve.

 

Sample clamping and release implementation details

 

· The upper end flange end cover is inserted into a small iron core by opening a small hole, the iron core and the flange end cover are extruded and sealed by sealing ring, and the upper end is fixed with the iron core through the split excitation electromagnet (the electric time division excitation electromagnet absorbs the iron core to ensure that it does not fall; The electromagnet withdraws the absorbing force and the sample falls under the action of gravity.
