1.All of our new moving heads' programs are designed by our PR Lighting Technician.
The programs are with 99.9% stability.
And we are still making progress with it and try to make it 100% perfect.
2.The main boards and PCB Boards are using the four-layer-of circuit plate and every electronic component are chosen carefully by our technician and If there is no welding carefullness, the boards will have no problem at all.
We have a signal insulaton IC from display board to protect your light from Signal sudden cut-off.
3.The lights are offered enough power to keep the light working in perfect condition.
Even the Packages, We are using the best material Cartons to prevent transport damage.
1, cut down the wire and take clear photo(cut down the wire from outlet of light, the wire length of light must be not over 5mm)
2, damaged the mirror of light and take clear photo(use marker note the time on the mirror of light and take photo; then smashed and take photo)
3, take a photo of the light PCB(use marker note the time on the damaged PCB, then take a clear photo)
4, after our after- service department identify, we can change a new one for you in your next order.
