A3: 1-3 days for sample order ; 10-15 days for bulk order.

A4:All our products must accept 5 kinds of Checks during production:raw material check, Lights beads check, aluminum plate check, power supply check and the finished products need to pass 48 hours aging test.

A5: Such as 0-10V dimmable panels, triac dimmable panels ,Dali dimmable panels, waterproof panels,cct adjustable panels ,linear panels,Emergency panels etc.



Q6: How do you deal with the quality problem products after I buy your product?
