Q1: What is the Warranty for the  LED Grille Light?

 A1:  For the  LED Grille Light, we have 2 years warranty.If any quality problems on our side occurred in this period,we will take on the shipping cost and replacement.

Q2:  What about your color temperature?

 A2: New shine's LED Lighting offer lamps in warm,natural,pure and cool  white with color temperatures measured in  Kelvin (K).The lower the color temperature is,the warmer  the light given by the LED:

3000k+_150=Warm white 

3000k+_200=Pure white 

6500K+_300=Cool white 

Q3: Will your  LED Grille Light work on a dimmer switch?

 A3: We do not recommend using our LED Grille Light on a dimmer switch, this type of switch can potentially cause damage to the bulb.

Q4: Why does my LED Grille Light not work properly in extreme temperatures?

  A4:Any temperature below 14 F or above 122 F may cause a LED Grille Light to flicker, dim, change color,or cease to function. Once the LED Grille Light is returned to an operational environment it should began to work properly.
