2. Can I get a sample before placing a big order? And what's your sample policy?

RE: Yes you can. Sample charges, but according to the quantity of the big order, it is possible to refund the sample fees(freight excluded).

3. What's the payment terms?

RE: T/T100% deposit for sample order; T/T40% deposit for bulk order, balance paid before shipment.

4. What's your delivery time?

RE: 3-5days for sample order, 15days for 20'GP, 30days for 40'HQ.

5. How long is your warranty period?

RE: 5 years.
