Q1: What is the warranty for the led bulb?
A1: Generally, we have 2 years warranty.It can also depend on customer's requirement.We'll be responsible for repair or replacement of any defected or damaged products free of charge.The damage by human action or force
majeure shall be not within the warranty scope.
Q2: What is color temperature?
A2: Jessilyn's led lighting offer lamps in warm, natural, pure and cool white with colour temperatures measured in Kelvin (K). The lower the colour temperature is, the warmer the light given by the LED:
Warm white = 2700K-3200K
Natural white = 4000K-4500K
Pure white = 5000K-5500K
Cool white = 6000K-6500K
Q3: What is CRI?
A3: CRI is a figure which feedback the real objects colors. Higher CRI with higher cost. For led tubes, the CRI is mostly 70-75Ra and 80Ra with higher cost. But there are some suppliers write a high data to attract clients, please note.
Q4. Can you accept OEM&ODM design?
A4:Yes sure.
Q5: How can I get a sample to check your quality?
A5: After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality. If you need samples, we will charge you for samples cost first, but the sample fee will be returned when your order quantity is confirmed and it is more than our MOQ.
Q6:How is your package?
A6: Plain White Box; Colorful Box,Blister Package,etc , other designs. Also you can offer your own designs, you can send us your exact pictures for packing.
Q7:What is delivery time?
A7:7~10 days or 10-15 days for normal orders; fast shipping for exact delivery time needs to discuss according to your order list;for big & special orders,we both can negotiate.
Q8:What's the payment method will be accepted?
